Postage and Shipping:

  • We ship within Australia, and to New Zealand and Thailand. Orders over $150 AUD include complementary postage. Orders over $175 include complementary express postage. 
  • Due to customs, some items are unable to be shipped to NZ (which is written in the product description).
  • Orders are shipped between 1-2 business days after the order is placed. 
  • Standard shipping takes 3-5 days, Express shipping takes between 1-2 days (Aus).
  • Shipping to NZ takes 5-7 days and up to 10 for Thailand. 
  • All packaging is discreet, sustainable and recyclable. 

Cleaning:

Glassware 91% Isopropyl and Sea Salt. 

To clean your pipes, first wipe with isopropyl (available at most supermarkets), and then soak in a solution of isopropyl and sea salt for a few hours. Remove and rinse well. Wear gloves and get good airflow where you're cleaning!

Ceramics - clean with warm water and soap. You can soak it for a deeper clean, then rinse thoroughly and dry. 

Grinders

  • Yew Yew Silicone Cloud Grinder: Clean with warm, soapy water and dry completely. Avoid boiling water and chemicals.
  • Sackville & Co.: Remove as much excess grind and kief as possible. Separate all the pieces of your grinder and put in a plastic Tupperware container. Fill it with isopropyl so the pieces are covered (wear gloves). Add some salt and let it sit in the solution for 10-20 minutes, shaking occasionally. Remove, rinse thoroughly in warm, soapy water before letting it dry completely. 
  • Laundry Day: Soak in warm soapy water, clean with the same solution and dry completely. 

Refunds and Returns:

We allow exchanges within 7 days of postage, if the product has not been used. Send and email with your order number and we will arrange the return. 

If your order is broken, please send a photo and order number to lauren@theshopmelbourne.com.au to arrange a refund or replacement.
